Pacific Global Solutions is seeking a remote Senior Staff Accountant/Accountant to manage a small team and oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple clients. The role requires recent F&A outsourcing experience, strong English communication, and ability to adapt to new software and processes.

You will collaborate with supervisors, handle client interactions, document SOPs, train new staff, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and month-end close.

Competenze

• Graduate in Commerce / Post Graduate in commerce.
• Experience in small and midsize accounting.
• English proficiency for communication.
• QuickBooks certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage the team of 2 to 3 staff accountants.
• Operate, support and review day-to-day accounting operations for designated clients.
• Experience in small and midsize accounting.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on daily functions.
• Interact with the client via email and phone as required.
• Resolve queries within established turnaround times.
• Document processes as SOPs when required.
• Train new resources as needed.
• Perform day-to-day accounting duties and review financial reporting.
• Prepare management reporting based on KRAs.
• Ensure accurate month-end processing.
• Maintain quality of financial and monthly reports.
• Understand and document business requirements of clients.
• Adhere to SLAs.
