Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with game development.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine and C++ development.
• Proficient with gameplay systems, rendering, and engine-level mods.
• Hands-on experience with Blueprints visual scripting and integration.
• Strong understanding of Unreal ecosystem best practices.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable gameplay mechanics using C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Develop engine-level mods and custom plugins to extend project capabilities.
• Optimize rendering performance and manage heavy assets for high frame rates.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to translate visions into interactive features.
• Create and debug visual scripting logic with Blueprints for rapid prototyping.
• Ensure stability via debugging, profiling, and performance tuning across platforms.
