The role includes planning campus events and managing high-volume pipelines with a strong focus on candidate experience. This remote-friendly position spans June through December, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization.
• Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates.
• Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation.
• Plan & host university recruiting events.
• Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity.
