The Customer Success Manager guides Bluebeam’s Mid-Market customers to achieve their business outcomes through the effective use of Bluebeam’s products and services. Success in this role leads to greater value through deeper adoption and engagement by users.

Candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

This role collaborates with teams across Bluebeam, including Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Legal/Security, to support customer purchases and success.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support) or 5+ years in a professional AEC role.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam products, aiming to become a subject-matter expert within 6 months.
  • Strong discovery and listening skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Confidence to act and drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to groups of up to 150 people in person and via video conferencing.
  • Comfort with learning new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish trust as a valued advisor by identifying success criteria and providing practical guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences through clear and timely communication.
  • Create customer advocates and champions.
  • Identify new opportunities for services, additional users, and influence.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with Technical Support regarding customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing, sharing customer insights.
  • Connect key contacts to internal departments for feedback and industry insights.

Base pay depends on qualifications and operational considerations. Most sales roles include commissions; non-sales roles may include bonuses. The pay range for this position is: $77,100 - $96,400 plus eligible commissions.
