Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a UI/UX Designer to own the user experience on our healthcare job platform. This remote, part-time role collaborates with product managers, developers, marketing, and leadership to design workflows that boost engagement and employer conversions.

You will shape job search and application flows, dashboards, profiles, messaging, onboarding, and mobile experiences, while evolving our design system and ensuring accessibility and responsive design.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing modern web application or SaaS design.
Expert proficiency with Figma.
Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
Experience collaborating with developers in Agile environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our healthcare job platform.
Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve our design system and UI component library.
Collaborate with marketing to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
Use analytics and user feedback to optimize usability and engagement.
