Description

Our client is seeking a UI Architect to collaborate with stakeholders, other architects, creative staff and developers to conceptualize and create Angular SPA applications to meet business needs. Some days will be spent heads-down coding on deliverables; other days they may find themselves teaching others how to accomplish a given goal.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $72 - $95/ hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, creative staff, and developers to conceptualize and create Angular Single Page Applications (SPAs) to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code for deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for UI development, excluding graphic or user experience design.
• Mentor and guide team members in achieving project goals.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
  

Must-haves

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience building user interfaces with modern web development stacks
• At least 3-5 years building SPAs with Angular
• In-depth knowledge of: NgRX, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3 / Sass, Git, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong Object Oriented and Component-Based design knowledge
• Understands RESTful service consumption
• Experience handling projects from concept to completion
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Full-stack development experience with Node.js
• Experience creating Angular libraries for consumption by other teams
• Experience leading / managing other developers
  
  

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
