Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Remote Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support K–12 students across Georgia. This is a 1099 (Independent Contractor) role with school-day hours and a remote delivery model.

You will collaborate with school teams and families, complete IEP-related documentation, attend meetings, and leverage HelloHero’s platform for scheduling and reporting. Compensation includes $50–$55 per hour, plus a loyalty bonus and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia PSC with Visual Impairment endorsement.
• Experience working in school-based settings (1 year minimum preferred).
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vision services aligned with IEP goals.
• Support students with visual impairments in accessing educational materials and instruction.
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and related service providers.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
