We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney for its Manhattan team. The role focuses on sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth clients, including drafting wills and trusts and guiding wealth preservation strategies.

Ideal candidates will work with senior attorneys in a partner-track environment, handling complex planning structures and large private client matters, with a remote working arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Draft and revise wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Advance estate planning for high-net-worth clients with sophisticated wealth transfer structures.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to handle Credit Shelter Trusts, GRATs, SLATs and similar strategies.
• Support clients and families on complex private client matters in a partner-track environment.
