The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures in all company-licensed states. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as all applicable US state and federal laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00.

What You’ll Do

Log and enter new foreclosures into the system.
Review deeds of trust and other documents to prepare notices of default and notices of sale, then send for recording.
Prepare and send notices and other documents to interested parties.
Review titles and clear any defects as needed.
Monitor and ensure data accuracy on third-party websites.
Prepare bidding instructions and other sales-related documents; process third-party sales.
Handle daily incoming calls from borrowers, clients, and interested third parties.
Review bankruptcies to verify their validity against the property.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Mortgage Default Servicing experience required; foreclosure experience preferred.
ICE / BKFS LoanSphere Default experience is a strong plus.
Foreclosure law firm or trustee experience is a strong plus.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
