Murray Group seeks a Part‑Time Work‑From‑Home Trucking Scheduler to support daily dispatch and routing from a remote environment across the United States. You will build part‑day schedules, coordinate pickups, communicate with drivers and customers, and track shipments using dispatch software.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in trucking dispatch or logistics, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently from home.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in trucking dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with dispatching or logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Build and update part-day trucking schedules, driver assignments, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments based on customer needs and driver availability.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to provide instructions, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Track shipments using dispatch or GPS software and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or route disruptions.
• Document dispatch activities, communication logs, and shipment status accurately.
• Support compliance with hours-of-service and safety regulations.
• Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and messaging.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers, and customer service staff to ensure smooth operations.
