Spotter Labs Inc. is hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our growing USA trucking operations. This fully remote role will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations on time.

You’ll need to be organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great entry point into the US logistics industry with structured training and clear growth opportunities.

We’re hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations. This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time. What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery

• Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support

• Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution

• Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to multitask and work under pressure

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support

• Experience with cold calling or sales

• Exposure to trucking or transportation environments

Technical Requirements (Fully Remote)

• Stable, high-speed internet connection

• Clear headset for calls

• Reliable computer/laptop

Working Hours

• Based on Chicago (CST) time zone

• Monday to Friday
