Job summary

Honeywell Multisite is seeking an Application Programmer for a hybrid role focused on programming and commissioning Tridium-based Energy Management Systems. You will work from project specs provided by sales/commercial engineering and engage with National Account customers across North America.

Responsibilities include developing programs from schematics, remotely commissioning systems, and providing QA documentation to Project Managers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC/BAS application development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience programming Tridium-based building automation systems.
• 5 years of experience in Tridium Niagara N4 or completion of Niagara N4 training.

Responsibilities

• Develops job specific programs referencing schematics and operation sequences.
• Performs remote commissioning with on-site contractors.
• Provides QA checkout documentation to Project Manager for commissioning and validation.
• Ensures quality, timeliness, and efficiency of programs and commissioning.
• Acts as a technical resource to projects team and customers.
• Travel approximately 5%.
