AMERICAN HOSPITAL SERVICES GROUP, LLC is seeking a Triage Consultant for the Military OneSource contact center. The role focuses on assessing participant needs, determining eligibility and service scope, and facilitating referrals or warm hand-offs to internal and external providers.

You will deliver information with accuracy and a high level of customer service in a 100% remote setting. Responsibilities include intake, needs assessment, routing to Non-Medical Counseling and SECO services,

Formación

• Master's degree in a mental health field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Military OneSource contact center operations for intake and referrals.
• Assess participant needs and determine eligibility and service scope.
• Route to Non-Medical Counseling, SECO, and other authorized resources.
• Document interactions in Prime designated system per requirements.
• Ensure professional, timely, and accurate information delivery.
