Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in consulting or engineering.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities
Perform desktop route selection and feasibility evaluations for trenchless crossings.
Carry out site reconnaissance visits to assess conditions.
Prepare and review project documentation including specifications and reports.
