Job summary

At Cambia Health Solutions, a Treasury Specialist is needed to manage daily bank activity, post and reconcile transactions, and prepare journal entries. You will support data gathering, validation, and analysis within a collaborative team focused on building an economically sustainable health care system.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks during heavy workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately key accounting data - 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily bank activity to accurately post and reconcile transactions.
• Prepares required daily and monthly journal entries on a timely basis such as split payments, corrections and bank returned items and reclass transactions as appropriate.
• Maintains and reconciles various balance sheet accounts on a timely basis and ensures their accuracy by preparing all necessary documentation for reconciling journal entries.
• Accurately gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting or statistical data.
• Responsible for identification and research of payments and coordinate posting to various A/R systems.
