Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, business process management or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the project manager and primary contact for new client/product setups, defining and managing implementation activities.
• Creates and manages implementation project plans with internal and client stakeholders for timely execution.
• Coordinates testing with clients and vendors to ensure a smooth product experience from inception.
• Collaborates with Commercial Bank partners and external vendors to enable timely product setups.
• Leads training activities to ensure a seamless client transition to new products and services.
• Develops expert knowledge of Capital One treasury products and resolves client needs proactively.
• Identifies root causes of issues and suggests sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Researches client industries and banking needs to tailor solutions.
