Fika is seeking a Treasury Manager to safeguard cash across its multi-country footprint. You will own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and FX management to ensure timely funding and donor fund security.

You will establish treasury policies, controls, and signatory discipline as Fika scales, coordinating with global teams and auditors while supporting travel and regional compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in treasury or a related finance function within a multi-entity or multinational environment.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-currency cash management and foreign exchange.
• Professional treasury certification, such as CTP, AMCT, Chartered Treasurer, or equivalent, preferred. CPA or ACCA is also accepted.
• Experience with treasury management systems, SWIFT, and ERP platforms, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of payment controls, banking operations, and cash-related internal controls.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the discretion required to manage sensitive financial operations.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily cash positions across headquarters and country office bank accounts.
• Execute inter-account and inter-company transfers to keep each entity adequately funded.
• Maintain short-term liquidity buffers aligned with payroll, program disbursement, and grant cycles.
• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts focusing on liquidity timing.
• Report forecast variances and liquidity risks to the CFO with recommended actions.
• Manage banking relationships across operating countries and signatory regimes.
• Open/close bank accounts and negotiate terms and service fees.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in each jurisdiction.
• Advise on hedging strategies and currency risk management.
