Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to support international cash management, forecasting, and funding strategies in a fast-paced corporate environment. The role requires strong Excel skills, treasury knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of treasury experience, familiarity with Kyriba, and a CPA/CTP preference. This full-time position offers remote/hybrid flexibility with quarterly travel to Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate treasury experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with modeling & data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services & treasury practices.
• Ability to apply corporate finance and treasury principles to business decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily international treasury operations including cash management, payment execution, cash forecasting, risk mitigation, reporting, analytics, and bank account administration.
• Monitor & manage daily cash positions and liquidity forecasts for international entities.
• Identify funding alternatives to optimize liquidity.
• Invest international cash balancing liquidity, risk & efficiency.
• Advise on bank account structures, products & banking strategies.
• Lead bank account opening/closing and maintenance, manage bank fees & cost reductions.
• Lead treasury projects, process improvements & strategic initiatives.
• Develop technical treasury expertise and stay current on trends.
• Provide regional support & cross-functional coverage for treasury operations.
• Manage time-sensitive guarantee requirements for bids & tenders in coordination with banks & partners.
• Maintain strong internal controls & ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze treasury data to develop insights for business decisions.
