Beyond the Travels Agency provides professional travel planning services for individuals, families, couples, and groups. We assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, resort stays, tours, and other leisure travel arrangements through established suppliers.

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team. In this role, you will assist with destination research, coordinate reservation requests, maintain accurate travel records, and support clients

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location where the position is offered.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
