Tiffany Martin Travel Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Travel Agent to research travel options, coordinate reservations, and communicate with suppliers. This role is performed remotely using online tools.

You will help ensure travel arrangements are accurate, respond to inquiries, and maintain records with a focus on customer service. Prior travel industry experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Research travel options based on client requests and preferences.
• Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, and travel information.
• Provide general destination and travel-related information to clients.
• Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and assist with travel-related administrative tasks.
• Follow established company procedures and service standards.
