Job summary

JJ Adventures in Traveling is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with travel research, coordinate reservation requests, maintain accurate travel records, and support clients throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or admin is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
• Provide general travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
