Job summary

Roamarae Global Travel is seeking enthusiastic Remote Travel Advisors to help clients plan and book cruises, flights, hotels, and vacation packages. This role is fully remote with flexible hours and ongoing training.

You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and online tools, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure smooth, personalized service from start to finish. Training is provided, and travel discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized is important.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a remote travel role is needed.
• Interest in travel is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• No experience required; training provided will be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements (cruises, flights, hotels, vacation packages).
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets.
• Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online tools.
• Handle reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel journey.
