Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book dream vacations. This part-time, remote/telecommute role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while delivering personalized service.

You will communicate via phone and email, craft itineraries, arrange flights, hotels, and activities, and ensure client satisfaction from first contact to final booking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand travel preferences and needs.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients' interests and budget.
• Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire booking process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions.
