Job summary

Travel Career Hub is seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements to deliver a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

You will use established booking platforms to arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, while providing recommendations and staying on top of documentation, payments, and confirmations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and packages.
• Assist clients with planning and destination recommendations.
• Organize and maintain detailed itineraries and confirmations.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm bookings and availability.
• Provide guidance on schedules, documentation, and trip details.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.
• Assist travelers with questions or itinerary adjustments.
• Stay informed about promotions and supplier updates.
