Job summary

LAS Elite Travel is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join as Remote Travel Specialists. You will assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and providing exceptional support throughout the travel planning process.

All work is performed remotely using online tools and company-approved systems. We offer onboarding, access to resources, ongoing learning, and team support to help you succeed in a flexible home-office setup.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
Previous travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online communication platforms.
Provide general travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
