Job summary
TK Travel and Events is seeking motivated individuals to train as Travel Coordinators who will research, plan, and book vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and group travel based on client needs.
No prior travel experience required; we provide structured training, certification, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you learn the fundamentals and grow professionally while building client relationships remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to research and organize travel details.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Marketing skills are a plus.
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain, or Latin America.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Research travel options based on client needs and preferences.
- Assist with planning vacations, cruises, hotel stays, and packaged travel experiences.
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and priorities.
- Provide destination recommendations and general travel guidance.
- Organize itineraries and reservation details accurately.
- Support clients with updates or changes when needed.
- Provide professional and responsive service throughout the planning and travel process.
