Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Destination Planning Specialist to help clients plan and book travel from a remote location. You will collaborate with a team and report to a team lead to ensure personalized itineraries and seamless travel experiences.

In this remote role, you will design itineraries, evaluate preferences and budgets, book flights, hotels, and tours, and provide support before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and device.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and book customized travel itineraries.
• Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
• Book a variety of travel services including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
