• Assist with maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients.

• Support relationship-building and client engagement activities.
• Learn travel suppliers, destinations, and available travel resources.
• Complete destination, supplier, and industry training.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on communications as needed.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and experiences that may interest clients.
