Responsibilities

• Design and organize detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and tours.
• Research destinations and provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate reservations and confirm availability with travel suppliers and partners.
• Ensure travel plans are organized, accurate, and clearly communicated to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide guidance regarding travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details.
• Assist travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips.
• Stay informed on destination information, travel promotions, and supplier updates.
