Travel Career Hub is seeking detail-oriented Itinerary Specialists to design customized travel plans based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and destinations. You will collaborate with a team to ensure transportation, lodging, and activities are well-organized and tailored to each client’s needs, delivering clear itineraries before departure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectations.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itineraries.
• Organize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests.
• Provide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departure.
• Update and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changes.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices.
