Job summary

Medium is seeking Itinerary Specialists to design personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and destinations. This fully remote, flexible role involves researching destinations, coordinating transportation, accommodations, and activities, and delivering clear itineraries before departure.

You will work independently with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectations.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itineraries.
• Organize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests.
• Provide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departure.
• Update and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changes.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices.
