Guidedbyljtravel seeks a Travel Experience Coordinator to research, plan, and coordinate customized vacation experiences remotely. You will communicate with clients, learn travel platforms, and develop expertise in destinations and supplier offerings.

No prior travel industry experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn destinations, suppliers, and the client planning process.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, needs, and goals.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Assist with planning and coordinating customized vacation experiences.
• Learn and use travel supplier and booking platforms.
• Develop knowledge of destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Communicate with clients throughout the travel planning process.
• Complete travel industry and supplier training.
• Assist clients with questions related to their travel plans.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Stay organized and follow through on travel details and deadlines.
