We are hiring a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator to help clients bring their dream vacations to life. You will provide personalized planning, offer expert travel advice, and ensure each booking is seamless from start to finish.


Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand travel goals and preferences.
  • Book hotel stays, resorts, excursions, and transportation.
  • Monitor promotions and special packages from travel partners.
  • Ensure timely responses to client questions and booking requests.
  • Maintain organized and accurate booking records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and destination education.
Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management.
