Job summary

Destinationswithdunn is seeking motivated individuals for remote travel concierge roles. You will help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, and other travel experiences tailored to their needs. No prior travel industry experience required, with comprehensive training provided.

You will research options, maintain records, and deliver outstanding service while working from home. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
Maintain accurate booking information and client records
Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
Work independently while receiving ongoing team support
