Dreams Travel CR is looking for an Online Travel Coordinator to support clients throughout their travel journey. You will assist with travel arrangements, answer inquiries, and provide guidance to ensure each travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with itinerary updates, travel questions, and general trip coordination.

• Confirm trip details and follow up with clients before departure.
• Collect feedback and maintain communication after travelers return.
• Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and timely communication.
