Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Travel Consultant or 5+ years in another customer service industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Sabre GDS.
• U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Work with a 24/7 operations team to support multiple government clients.
• Handle complex bookings, changes, and fare calculations.
• Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences.
