Roamarae Global Travel is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will help clients plan and book vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized experiences.

This flexible, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for those who love travel and enjoy helping others. You will assist with planning, make recommendations, monitor deals, communicate via multiple channels, and manage bookings.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
