Job summary

Blyss Journeys is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for Remote Customer Service Specialists. You will assist clients in planning, coordinating, and booking personalized travel experiences while delivering exceptional support throughout the process.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, access to booking platforms, industry discounts, and performance-based compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a remote setup.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, celebrations, and customized experiences.
Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and package options.
Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate booking documentation.
Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
Handle schedule changes, questions, and client concerns professionally.
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
