Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional and friendly manner.
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements and agency procedures.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
