You will coordinate travel arrangements, offer tailored recommendations, and stay current on promotions and industry trends, while maintaining excellent client communication across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow in travel planning.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
• Interest in travel and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements (cruises, flights, hotels, packages).
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets.
• Stay current on travel promotions, destinations and industry trends.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and online tools.
• Handle reservations, payments and travel documentation.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey.
