You will coordinate and book travel arrangements, provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets, and stay current on promotions, destinations, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements (cruises, flights, hotels, vacation packages).
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets.
• Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online tools.
• Handle reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel journey.
