Travel With Lani is seeking a Remote Client Services Consultant (Independent) to book vacations for leisure and corporate clients worldwide from home. This role suits individuals who love travel and helping others plan memorable trips.

You will craft itineraries, assess client needs and budgets, and manage bookings across airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and events. Expect ongoing training and certification to stay current in travel trends.

Qualifications

• Reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or smartphone.
• Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for your clients.
• Review individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your client.
• Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
• Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and much more!
• Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
• Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry.
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations, types of travel, etc.
• Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry.
