Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work within the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring areas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals.
• Support the coordination of accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities.
• Research and review travel options using approved booking and supplier systems.
• Provide updates regarding reservations and confirmations.
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and booking modifications.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and virtual trainings.
