Livetripexperience is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to manage the logistical side of client travel from a remote location. You will ensure bookings, changes, and inquiries are handled with precision and care, supporting clients through every step of their journey.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment using tools like Google Workspace and CRMs.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to dates, names and travel details.
• Excellent ability to explain travel information clearly.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRMs is preferred.
• Interest in travel and helping clients navigate travel rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between clients and travel providers to resolve questions and issues.
• Manage administrative tasks related to booking confirmations, cancellations, and refunds.
• Ensure all client data and itinerary details are accurate and up to date.
• Provide clear, step-by-step assistance to clients regarding travel regulations and policies.
