Openkrill is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist clients with cruise and hotel bookings. This role requires researching, planning, and securing hotel stays that meet clients’ preferences, all from a home-based setting with a flexible schedule.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, maintain booking records, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth client experience. Training and ongoing support are provided.
