Job summary

Travel Navigator Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Booking Agent to help clients turn their travel plans into confirmed reservations, ensuring accuracy and readiness for departure.

You will process bookings, confirm details with clients, research options, and collaborate with suppliers to verify availability and pricing. This role emphasizes independence in a remote setting and reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, customer service, administration, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy when managing information.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage bookings for cruises, resorts, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients to confirm travel details, preferences, and special requests.
• Research available options and share recommendations that fit client needs and budgets.
• Contact suppliers to verify availability, pricing, deadlines, and travel policies.
• Review reservations for accuracy, including names, dates, and trip details.
• Track payment schedules and upcoming travel dates.
• Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist with changes, updates, and issue resolution on existing bookings.
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
