Job summary

Mayan Journeys is seeking enthusiastic Travel Booking Agents to join our team from home. You will assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises and all-inclusive vacations with full training provided.

Join a supportive travel community and leverage a vast supplier network, including Royal Caribbean and Sandals Resorts. Flexible full- or part-time schedules available, plus potential travel discounts and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A passion for travel and helping others plan their dream vacations.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with travel booking software is a plus but not required.
No prior travel industry experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
