Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements (cruises, flights, hotels, vacation packages)
- Provide tailored recommendations based on client needs and budgets
- Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online tools
- Handle reservations, payments, and travel documentation
- Ensure exceptional service throughout the client’s travel journey
