Job summary

Rebound is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the United States to join our network through a remote-first model. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy for trauma/PTSD via the Rebound video platform and manage your caseload with robust support from scheduling, credentialing, and billing teams.

You will receive ongoing clinical training, mentorship, and access to cutting-edge research.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• Masters degree in psychology or counseling field required.
• Independently licensed experience: 3 years required, 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy through the Rebound video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the Rebound EHR system.
• Participate in Rebound’s clinical consultation and training to advance evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.
• Collaborate with our network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions.
