Job summary

Rebound is seeking Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LP, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona to join our telehealth network. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for PTSD via our video platform and manage your caseload with robust clinical documentation.

You will participate in ongoing clinical training, collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists, and contribute to outcomes-focused care while maintaining a flexible schedule and remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Required.
• Independently licensed in AZ with 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in evidence-based trauma therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Manage caseload and scheduling for efficient care delivery.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in the Rebound EHR.
• Engage in clinical consultation and training to advance PTSD treatment.
• Collaborate with a network of providers to guide treatment decisions.
• Attend ongoing trainings and participate in cross-license onboarding.
